CorePilot’s story begins with our CEO, Maddison Gay, whose connection to aviation is deeply personal. As the daughter of a third-generation United States Air Force fighter pilot, Maddison grew up inspired by the precision, discipline, and innovation inherent to the skies. Pairing her lifelong love of aviation with the expertise of world-class software developer and co-founder Aaron Snyder, the duo began building the foundation of what would become CorePilot. Together, their shared vision of revolutionizing the aviation aftermarket through innovative software became the foundation of CorePilot.
